With news every day about sex offenders, what makes this case worthy of discussing? The Maryland lawyer who brazenly advertizes his expertise on childsexcrimes.com
“Tom Pavlinic represents people who have been falsely accused of sexual abuse”
This lawyer specializes in representing sex offenders all over the country. His usual defense is to claim they are “falsely accused”. Since a lot of sexual abuse leaves no physical evidence, it is actually very difficult to prove. The victims are traumitized. They are often children. They are easy prey for someone to RE-VICTIMIZE. Questioning for adults is grueling, let alone a frightened child. What this lawyer does to victims over and over makes decent people’s stomach turn. And this crap about claiming that mommy coached the child, is blatent gender bias and is FALSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST MOTHERS BY CLAIMING THAT THE CHILD MUST HAVE BEEN COACHED (Think accusing the mother of the fictitious Parental Alienation Syndrome).
Googling his name brings up blatent advertising and information for claiming that the victim’s memories are faulty, that children are suggestible, and many other ways to torment, terrorize and victimize sexual abuse victims. They even claim that sexual abuse has decreased. Guess what…because much of the population knows what a nightmare it is for the victims, much of this abuse is going unreported. It isn’t decreasing, it is just being covered up.

“We were hoping she’d give a little more credence to the fact that he had a zero prior offense score and he’s lived a pretty honorable life up until this point in time,” said defense attorney Tom Pavlinic.
