Joyce Murphy lost custody of her daughter after she left the state in an effort to protect her child from her father who she believed was a child molestor. Joyce Murphy was accused of Parental Alienation and charged with kidnapping. Custody was given to the alledged child molestor. Six years later it turns out that Joyce Murphy was right. she finally has her daughter back, but only after her ex-husband was caught red-handed. If not for him being caught, the mother and child would still be apart. Such is case after case, where the fictitious parental alienation syndrome is accused of protective parents. It’s time that the truth ring loud and clear that the use of Parental Aliention is a racketeering fraud being perpetrated against abused women and children. The result of this fraud is that abusers get custody and/or unsupervised visitation while the protective parent is punished. Man Accused Of Molestations Changes Plea

Murphy has her child back now, and although Parson admitted to molesting three girls he did not admit to molesting their daughter. Their daughter is 12 years old now and is learning to trust again, Murphy said. Murphy added that they are both getting better. She said she would like an apology from both family court and criminal court for not launching an investigation into Parson years ago.

As it currently stands; scratch a predator – find a “therapist” who takes their side. Sadly, as it also currently stands, San Diego Family Court judges are *still* ordering litigants to Hannah’s House, although the State of California fined its owner, Susan Griffin for practicing therapy without a license. Thus in effect, San Diego judges by continuing to order litigants to use Hannah’s House, are making sure the public pays her fines. While the old crop of bad judges such as Howatt, and Ashworth continue doing damage via JAMS and private judging; the newest supervising family court judge shows an appalling lack of history of con artists and destructive therapists currently operating in Family Court, including Wesley Mason in Family Court Services, as well as an equally appalling history of same. “The lawyers and judges know about this and many have written books and articles about the horrors of family court.
Your representatives know about it at all levels of the government do little and do it slowly. After decades A law has finally been passed against using Parental Alienation Syndrome in court because it is not science. The people should be aware that this is going on and that unless they demand action their child could be next. |

“I am very concerned about this story. This man DOES NOT go by the name “henry parson”! He is known as “BUD” PARSON in Vista, California. His daughter attended Breeze Hill Elementary and this self admitted (he plead guilty!) child molester was very involved in the school for a number of years! He lived in Vista and went to St. Thomas More Church in Shadowridge. He was a member of PTA, he assisted in the classroom his daughter attended, he was a volunteer in the Breeze Hill school library, he was always at irish dance classes his daughter attended where he would give girls rides home!! He had so much access to all of our children! I am sickened that this man was given so much free access to our children and we had NO idea this was going on with his ex-wife! Get this story out about the sicko and where he lived! There could be more victims out there that we haven’t heard about! Six years in prison?? For molesting 3 children? and those weren’t even all the charges! The rest were dropped! Come ON! Is that all our children are worth? What a great judicial system we have, huh?

“As part of the family court orders, I was not allowed to say or do anything to harrass Mr. Parson. I was excluded for years from all activities with my child. When I was finally allowed visitation which incorporated her school and social activities, I was still under a “gag” order. I would look at parents whose children were allowed to be with Parson and I could not even warn them. In fact most of the parents with whom I interacted snubbed me. I don’t know what he told people. Most of the time when I tried to approach other parents, they would walk away. I wish I could have warned everyone. The police, the sheriff’s office, the district attorney’s office never believed me. As far back as 2003 I attempted to get help for myself and my child. The family priest, Mark Padrez, OPD, even warned me to keep my daughter away from Parson. When I begged him to come forward to at least speak to the judge in private, he not only refused, he was transferred to a different parish. His last e-mail to me was that any further communication with him would have to be through an attorney. The priest at St. Thomas Moore refused to even speak to me about Parson. The priests at the catholic school in which my daughter was enrolled never even returned my phone calls. Since Parson’s incarceration, I have had community members tell me they were always uncomfortable with him and the children. Some admitted to feeling that he was an abusive father but it was “none of their business”. It may be that some victims have not come forward because the families do not want their children exposed to the publicity. It is my belief that for each child who remained silent, however, it allowed him to get away with molesting others. I do blame the court system for allowing such harm to come to come to these children. They were warned. They chose to do nothing. To the child who came forward (and her parents who did the right thing by supporting her and believing her) YOU are my hero. YOU ARE MY HERO. Thank you.

“There are many protective parents in SD who lose their children to the horrors of judges who do not obey the laws and minor’s attorneys who care nothing for the children other than for the money that their court appointment gives them. No one is watching Family Court. My commissioner was fond of saying, “My court, my law.” Stand up and make your voices heard! Talk to your senators, congressmembers and assemblymembers. Let them know that we demand change. Your child could be next.
